HLM Law College was set up in 2009 by renowned businessman, Mr. Sunil Miglani, Founder & Chairman Migsun Group, in the name of his beloved father Late Shri Harbans Lal Miglani Ji as a part of the illustrious HLM Group.
HLM Group was founded, inspired by the great ancient Indian Education System, to produce ace professionals capable of taking on today’s ultra competitive environment and catalyzing change.
Responding to the need of Industry Ready and Technology Driven approach to pedagogy, the foundation of HLM Group was laid in 2005 under the aegis of HLM Educational Society - a registered body with Registration No. 856, under The Society Registration Act, 1860. The Group started with two courses, today has expanded to 20+ Courses, 6 institutes and 15000+ Alumni.
As one of the most recognized and awarded groups in the region, HLM continues to soar and expand to new verticals.

2005
HLM Educational Society
The foundation of HLM Group is laid under the aegis of HLM Educational Society — Registration No. 856, under The Society Registration Act, 1860.
2009
HLM Law College
Mr. Sunil Miglani sets up the law college in the name of his father, Late Shri Harbans Lal Miglani Ji.
